We can also support you with a range of self guides. Our services provide a wide range of interventions & talking therapies on an outreach basis, supporting you and your mental health.

If you are one of our exsisting partners you will be aware of our service offers and additional support for your pupils, residents and staff.

Our food share scheme is available to families and individuals. All you need to do is email us and register for our service.
Workplace Well-being
Self-care is important.
Its only normal you and your staff may feel worried about exposure to the virus, or worried that loved ones will get ill, or concerned about job security and finances. All this can be a lot to cope with.
Our workplace private counselling sessions are availble at the rate of £40, with expereinced counsellors who will guide you through this difficult time.

We offer awide range of training from community workshops, CPD and qualifications.
We have a range of courses which are free, part funded and fully funded through our comissionning partners (subject to eligibility).
However, some courses have NO funding and are fully payable.
