We won awards for best innovative programs and overall training provider in Sunderland.
Our aims are to support people effectively to manage and improve their health and wellbeing through offering a variety of activities, such as life skills courses, talking therapies, social prescription activties, social support and volunteering opportunities.
Our service users tend to be residents who for one reason or another who don’t access main stream services or community clinical settings already in the city.
Some of the social value as previously stated shows the impact we are having in our community.
We can support you and your family with food parcels, volunteering, school meetings, Core and TAF Meetings and much more.
Our community groups support people with poor mental health, and who are faced with social deprivation.
Our aims are to support communities with services that they feel are missing in their community.
We currently run 5 groups through the week which are open access to the public.
