Through face to face counselling and training, we strive to enhance the well-being and resilience of individuals, making a positive impact on their communities.

Our Aim is to increase emotional intelligence and empower children, parents, families, schools, and workforces. We use innovate approaches, high quality training, counselling and mental health support in Sunderland and the North East of England, through counselling, mental health workshops and group work.
All our work is underpinned in theory using holistic and psycho-emotional-educational approaches to support changes clients desire, increasing the chances of longevity.
