I am a dedicated Counsellor, Level 5 Clinical Supervisor, and Lecturer with a passion for empowering individuals to thrive. As an ADHD and Neurodivergence Specialist, I combine personal insight and professional expertise to deliver transformative coaching and therapeutic support.


I’m also a Rewind Therapist, specialising in trauma recovery, and a sought-after Keynote Speaker, bringing energy and authenticity to conversations about mental health, neurodivergence, resilience, in enterprise.

With a commitment to fostering growth and wellbeing for adults and children, I also provide clinical supervision, bespoke training, and dynamic talks that leave a lasting impact.


My work is rooted in compassion, innovation, and the belief that every individual deserves to be seen and supported.

As CEO and Director of the Academy of Counselling, I lead with vision and purpose, overseeing all aspects of the organisation’s operations and growth.


My responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Driving the academy’s mission to provide exceptional counselling education and training, while staying at the forefront of industry standards and innovation.
  • Program Development: Designing and implementing high-quality, accredited courses that empower future counsellors and supervisors.
  • Team Management: Leading a dynamic team of educators, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure excellence in delivery and student support.
  • Partnership Building: Establishing strong collaborations with accrediting bodies and professional organisations to uphold the academy's reputation.
  • Student Success: Championing a student-centred approach, fostering an environment where learners thrive academically and professionally.

As the Founder and Director of Moment of Truth Well-being Group, I oversee a multifaceted organisation dedicated to transforming mental health care through accessible, high-quality services. My key responsibilities include:

  • Mental Health Services: Leading a team of specialists to provide compassionate, evidence-based private counselling, coaching, and therapy tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Diagnostic Services: Managing neurodivergence assessments and follow-up care, ensuring accurate, client-focused diagnostic pathways.
  • Training & Development: Designing and delivering bespoke training programs for professionals, equipping them with practical tools and advanced knowledge to support mental well-being.
  • Operations Management: Coordinating day-to-day operations, including client services, staff supervision, and business development.
  • Community Impact: Building awareness and reducing stigma around mental health and neurodivergence through workshops, talks, and outreach initiatives.

As the Founder and Director of Impact Northeast, I lead a charitable organisation committed to reducing social and health inequalities in our communities.


My key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Driving the charity’s vision to create equitable access to opportunities, resources, and support for individuals and families facing hardship.
  • Program Development: Designing and implementing impactful initiatives that address key issues such as mental health, social deprivation, and education.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborating with local authorities, community organisations, and stakeholders to amplify our reach and effectiveness.
  • Advocacy and Awareness: Championing the needs of underserved populations, raising awareness about inequalities, and working toward systemic change.
  • Resource Management: Overseeing fundraising efforts, grant applications, and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and growth of the charity.

Through Impact Northeast, I strive to empower communities, promote resilience, and create a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

As a Lecturer on the Counselling Degree program, I was dedicated to shaping the next generation of skilled and compassionate counsellors.


My responsibilities included:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Teaching core and advanced counselling theories, techniques, and ethics, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.
  • Student Development: Supporting learners in building practical skills, self-awareness, and professional competence to excel in their careers.
  • Academic Leadership: Designing engaging lesson plans, assessments, and resources that meet academic standards and enhance student learning.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Providing one-on-one support, fostering personal growth, and helping students navigate their educational and professional journeys.
